Find Your Hoop Size
- Huggies (8–12mm) — sit snug against the lobe. The everyday pair, and the easiest to stack.
- Small hoops (12–20mm) — the classic. Small enough for work, big enough to read as a hoop.
- Medium hoops (20–35mm) — the one-inch-and-a-bit range that suits almost every face shape.
- Chunky and bold hoops (35mm+) — the statement pair, in thicker tubing so they hold their shape.
- Double and layered hoops — two hoops in one piece, so you get the stacked look without a second piercing.
If you are not sure where to start, measure a pair you already love. Hoop size is listed as diameter in millimetres, and 15mm is the single most popular size for a first lobe.
Build the Ear
Hoops are the anchor of an ear stack. Start with a huggie in your first piercing, add a small hoop above it, then finish with ear cuffs for the cartilage — no piercing, no aftercare. If you want the layered look in a single piece, our double hoop earrings do it without a second hole.
