Refund policy

We accept merchandise purchased on sunrisebling.com for return or exchange.

Please email hello@sunrisebling.com within 365 days of the order’s delivery date for authorization. All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Sunrise Bling jewelry.
